Pinheiro Neto advised Ativa Investimentos S/A Corretora de Titulos, Cambio e Valores on the acquisition of Ativa Wealth Management Gestão de Investimentos Ltda. by Galápagos Investimentos Ltda. as a result of negotiations involving corporate and capital markets matters. The amount of the sale is disclosed.
