Pinheiro Neto has advised the underwriters of three Energisa debentures issuances that totalized over $130m
Pinheiro Neto assisted a consortium of banks acting as underwriters of three debentures issuances offered by several subsidiaries of Energisa S.A. The banks are Banco Citibank S.A. (Lead Underwriter), Banco ABC Brasil S.A., Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Itaú BBA S.A., and Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A. (Underwriters).
Energisa S.A issued the first one of R$480,000,000.
Energisa Transmissão de Energia S.A. issued the second one of R$140,000,000.
Energisa Mato Grosso – Distribuidora de Energia S.A. issued the third one of R$130,000,000.
