Mattos Filho have counselled Advent on $2.700 million purchase

Mattos Filho, Veiga Filho, Marrey Jr e Quiroga Advogados assisted in the local due diligence and review of the stock purchase agreement regarding the Brazilian target on the Advent International Corporation acquisition of Global Connect business of Nielsen Holdings Plc.

The deal was closed on October 31st for a value of $2.700 million.
