Posse Herrera Ruiz steers Alpina in Boydorr investment

Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised Alpina on a $14 million investment

Posse Herrera Ruiz counselled Alpina Productos Alimenticios S.A. BIC on its investment in Boydorr S.A.S., a company whose corporate purpose is the production and commercialization of foods for particular medical purposes through a capital injection of approximately $14 million.

Posse Herrera Ruiz team was led by partner José Alejandro Torres (pictured), and involved lawyers María Victoria Pérez y María de los Ángeles Rodríguez.

Brigard & Urrutia counselled Boydorr with a team led by partner Jaime Robledo, and which involved lawyers Andrea Cruz y Sergio Velandia.
