Tanoira Cassagne advises the placement agents on YPF issuance

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados has counselled a bank consortium on the almost $100 million issuance

Tanoira Cassagne Abogados advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander Río S.A., Banco Itaú Argentina S.A., Itaú Valores S.A. and TPCG Valores S.A.U., as placement agents, on the YPF S.A. Series XIV and Series XV Notes issued under the Frequent Issuer Regime.

Bruchou, Fernández Madero & Lombardi, advised YPF S.A., as issuer, on the issuance of Series XIV Notes for $67,703,824 and Series XV Notes for AR$2,316,085,433. The Notes were issued under the Frequent Issuer Regime and the issuance was made 100% remotely in the context of the emergency related to COVID-19. The Notes were partially integrated in kind through the delivery of Series III and Series IV Notes, issued by YPF S.A. on December 6, 2019 under the Frequent Issuer Regime. The Notes are traded on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE).
