Larrain y Asociados has counselled a subsidiary of Grupo Aleatica on $180 million project
Larrain y Asociados advised Sociedad Concesionaria Nuevo Camino Nogales Puchuncaví S.A., a subsidiary of Grupo Aleatica (IFM Global Infrastructure Fund), in the structuring, negotiation and closing of a syndicated project financing, for an approximate amount of $180 million, with Banco de Crédito e Inversiones (BCI), Banco del Estado de Chile and Banco Security, for the construction and operation of the fiscal public work called “Relicitación Concesión Camino Nogales – Puchuncaví”, through public works concessions system.
Larrain y Asociados team was led by partner Patricio Montes (pictured), and involved assciates Diego Garay, Teresita Vinagre and Michelle Inzunza.
Morales & Besa acted as legal counsel to the creditors with a team led by partner Myriam Barahona, and involved associates Clemente Silva, Victoria Alonso and José Manuel Meli.
DLA Piper España acted as legal counsel to the creditors under Spain jurisdiction with a team led by partner César Herrero, and involved associate Felipe López.
