Pinheiro Neto assisted Bit Capital in Lojas Americanas integration

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has counselled Bit Capital on the sale of 100% of the company to Lojas Americanas

BitCapital is part of Pinheiro Neto’s startup program and counted on the firm’s legal advice since its early days. Hence, the Law firm advised on the acquisition by B2W/Lojas Americanas’ Fintech Ame Digital of 100% of BitCapital, an open banking platform that provides PIX integration solutions.

BitCapital is newcomer Fintech focused on blockchain-based core banking infrastructure, enabling companies to offer a wide array of financial services backed by BitCapital’s proprietary software and platform.

Pinheiro Team was led by partner Fernando Mirandez del Nero Gomes (pictured), and involved associates Marcelo Junqueira and Ana Lidia Frehse.

Barbosa Mussnich Aragão acted as legal counsel to the buyers with partners Luciana Costa and Monique Mavignier.

Salusse, Marangoni, Parente Jabur counselled the investors with partners Sergio Ricardo Nutti Marangoni and Felipe Hannickel Souza.
