TozziniFreire advises Soprema on Denver Impermeabilizantes acquisition

TozziniFreire Advogados has steered Soprema Holding on its first acquisition in LatAm region

TozziniFreire counselled Soprema Holding S.A. on acquiring 100% of the capital of Denver Impermeabilizantes, Indústria e Comércio Ltda.

This one is the first acquisition of Soprema in the LatAm region.

Soprema is Europe’s leading company that manufactures roofing, waterproofing, wall protection, and civil engineering solutions such as membranes, liquid sealants, insulation, adhesives, primers, and accessories. Soprema has clients worldwide.

TozziniFreire team was led by partner Jun Oyafuso Makuta (pictured), and involved associate Erica Makiyama.

FreitasLeite Advogados acted as legal counsel to Denver Impermeabilizantes, Indústria e Comércio Ltda. with a teadm formed by partner Claudio F. Lima and associate Ludmila Zaroni Teixeira.
