Posse Herrera Ruiz has advised as Colombian counsel to the global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright in the €943 million transaction

Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as local counsel to Norton Rose Fulbright L.L.P.

Norton Rose Fulbright, a global law firm, served as legal counsel to SANDVIK AB, a high-tech and international engineering group, in DSI Underground Holdings’ share acquisition.

DSI Underground is the holding company of a group which is the global leader in ground support and reinforcement products, systems and solutions for the underground mining and tunnelling industries with presence in 70 countries.

The operation is the result in the indirect acquisition of all the issued and outstanding shares of DSI Underground Colombia S.A.S.

Posse Herrera Ruiz team was led by partner Oscar Tutasaura (pictured), and involved senior lawyer Isabel Torres and junior lawyer Valentina Tobón.
