Pinheiro Neto counsels Oliveira Trust and Farm Investimentos on Corteva issuance

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has assisted both companies as administrator and portfolio manager of the issuance

Pinheiro Neto adviseed the senior, mezzanine and junior quotaholders of the investment fund, Oliveira Trust (as the fund’s administrator) and Farm Investimentos Gestão de Recursos Ltda. (as the fund’s portfolio manager), on the 2nd issuance of Corteva Agriscience Fundo de Investimento em Direitos Creditórios I, receivables investment fund was designed to acquire receivables resulting from the sale and purchase transactions carried out by Corteva with its clients. The FIDC issued $67 million in senior, mezzanine and subordinated quotas (jointly).
