Carey assisted Manutara on LunarCrush investment

Carey has steered the investment aimed to constitute LunarCrush Chilean subsidiary

Carey advised Manutara Ventures on investment in LunarCrush and the constitution of its subsidiary in Chile. LunarCrush is a US-based company dedicated to the development of a cryptocurrency platform. Manutara Ventures is a Chilean venture capital investment fund, that finances early-stage technology companies, and is member of DVN Beta of the Draper Venture Network.

This was a cross-border transaction involving different jurisdictions and required to comply with Chilean authorities’ requirements (CORFO).

Carey team was led by partner Francisco Guzmán (pictured), and involved associates Andrés Latorre and Carolina Miller.
