CMS Carey & Allende has appointed Ignacio Errazquin as Corporate/M&A partner

CMS announced the promotion in several offices worldwide. In the Santiago de Chile office, they decided to promote Ignacio Errazquin as Corporate/M&A partner.

Errazquin has been part of the Corporate/M&A Group at CMS Chile since 2012. He focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, project finance with an emphasis on photovoltaic and other non-conventional renewable energy projects, private equity and the structuring of joint ventures for businesses in different sectors.

He also advises on antitrust matters in connection with merger control procedures and telecommunications, hotels and leisure and other regulated industries in Chile.

Errazquin has an LLM from Duke University and a Law degree by the Universidad de Chile. Also, spent six months in the CMS Paris office and advised French companies on their establishment and business development in LATAM.
