Philippi Prietocarrizosa Ferrero DU & Uría advised as local counsel to Alpha Capital S.A.S. as Borrower and Alpha Credit S.A. de C.V. and its subsidiaries as Guarantors under a bridge loan agreement of COP$136,432,800,000 ($38 million) granted by Inter American Investment Corporation to repay the borrower’s existing debt and to finance the origination of the paycheck loans granted by the borrower in Colombia.
