Posse Herrera Ruiz advises SoftwareONE on Intergrupo acquisition

Posse Herrera Ruiz and Cuatrecasas has counselled SoftwareONE on the share acquisition

 Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as the Colombian legal counsel to SoftwareONE AG, in connection with an additional acquisition of shares in IGS Services S.A.S. (the holding company of InterGrupo) resulting as the sole owner of 100% of the issued and outstanding capital in IGS Services S.A.S. InterGrupo is a group of companies with presence in the Latin American and Spain, widely recognized as a technology development player. InterGrupo has an important track record with more than 20 years of service.

Posse Herrera Ruiz team was led by partners Jaime Herrera and Juan Guillermo Ruíz, and involved associates Isabel Torres, Jaime Gómez, Edwin Camargo and Andrea Black.

Cuatrecasas partner Alfonso Reina also assisted SoftwareONE AG in the transaction.
