Mattos Filho advises underwriters on Locaweb restricted offering
Mattos Filho has advised Brazilian underwriters on Locaweb Serviços de Internet S.A. restricted offering in a deal with a value of R$ 2.754.000.000,00
The restricted offering consisted of the public: a primary distribution of 68,000,000 new shares initially offered and 10,200,000 new shares within the scope of the placement of the additional shares of the primary offering; and a secondary distribution of 13,600,000 shares held by the selling shareholders and in the proportion set out in this final memorandum, exclusively within the scope of the placement of the additional shares of the secondary offering. In both cases, with restricted placement efforts, held in the Federative Republic of Brazil, on an unorganized over-the-counter market.
Locaweb Servicos de Internet S.A. provides internet services. The Company offers website hosting, cloud computing solutions, dedicated servers, and among others. Locaweb Servicos de Internet serves customers in Brazil.
