SB&WM and TC steer Creaurban’s bond issuance
Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán and Tanoira Cassagne have advised Creaurban on the issuance of corporate bonds for $ 11,150,809 million
Creaurban S.A, a leading Argentine company in the construction and real estate developments industry, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of class 4 corporate bonds with a nominal value of $11,150,809 million ($1000 million of Argentinian pesos) subscribed and integrated into said currency (the “Notes Series 4” or the “Notes”, indistinctly).
Creaurban was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., SBS Trading S.A. y Banco Santander Río S.A., which acted as arrangers (together, the “Arrangers”); and the Arrangers, together with Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U.; Adcap Securities Argentina S.A.; Invertir en Bolsa S.A.; Puente Hnos. S.A.; BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A.; and Banco Hipotecario S.A. acted as placement agents (together, the “Placement Agents”), were advised by Tanoira Cassagne Abogados.
The Notes were issued on January 18th, 2021, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes Program for up to $ 40 million (or its equivalent in other currencies) (the “Program”). Notes Series 4, denominated and payable in pesos, bear a variable interest rate. The Notes will mature on October 18th, 2021.
