Tanque Participações S.A. issued 150,000 unsecureddebentures, in the total amount of R$ 150,000,000.00, pursuant to CVM Instruction 476.

The Pinheiro Neto team acted as legal counsel to Tanque Participações S.A. and Banco Itaú BBA S.A. and Banco ABC Brasil S.A. acted as underwriters in this transaction.
