The Italian law firm Silaw Tax & Legal has arrived in Mexico City with a new desk
Silaw Tax & Legal has arrived in Mexico City with a new desk, thus reaching a country with high economic potential, ranked as the 11th greatest economy worldwide in terms of the gross domestic product measured in purchasing power parity.
Dario De Blasi, partner of Silaw Tax & Legal highlighted “This is a major strategic step for us, implementing our activities in the American continent and allowing us to meet the new international challenges posed by green economy”. “The desk in Mexico City opens a season of progressive development and expansion of Silaw in the American continent, where further desks are already planned to open this year” concluded Dario De Blasi (pictured left).
The law firm – with Italian-based offices in Rome, Milan, Bologna and Palermo and with offices in Spain – will offer its multidisciplinary legacy to the Central American metropolis, through a team of highly qualified professionals, acting as a reference in the management of International Corporate and Commercial issues. The desk in Mexico City has been entrusted to the partner Cristina Nuñez (pictured centre), and the Mexican lawyer Jorge Cardoso (pictured right), who both have substantial experience in Latin American countries.
The main objective of this desk shall be to provide specialized support to European economic operators entering the American market and shall symmetrically assist companies and economic entities that aim to operate and invest in the European market, with specific reference to the public utilities, energy and new technologies segment.
