New Business Law firm enters the legal market
M.Shima Advogados counts on the experience of Marcelo Shima, who has worked at Veirano Advogados
The new Business Law firm M. Shima Advogados, located in São Paulo, is led by partner Marcelo Shima, who has more than ten years of experience in business law.
After an active career at Veirano Advogados, Shima decided to found M.Shima Advogados, with a portfolio of services covering all branches of Business Law.
The firm intends to advise Brazilian and foreign clients in Mergers & Acquisitions (buy-side and sell-side), Corporate Restructurings, Debt issues and Restructuring, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Capital Markets and Corporate Governance.
Marcelo Shima also worked for one year as a foreign associate at the American law firm Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, in New York, recognized as one of the leading US firms in M&A and Capital Markets.
