Lefosse with Kora Saúde in IPO for hospital acquisitions and opening

Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to Kora Saúde Participações S.A. in connection with the acquisition

Kora has already been accelerating in recent years with the support of acquisitions, which helped it expand its net revenues by 38% in 2020 year-over-year to R$612 million.

Lefosse Advogados served as legal counsel to Kora Saúde Participações S.A. (“Kora Saúde”) in connection with its acquisition by a holding company controlled by Kora Saúde, which is indirectly controlled by H.I.G. Capital.

The transaction focused on Hospital Anchieta Ltda; Anchieta Cancer Center Ltda; Anchieta Neurological Center Ltda; Anchieta Diagnostic Center Ltda; and included the implementation of a corporate restructuring involving the Company and a deferred payment structure.
