The new partner Henrique Gallo (pictured) presents wide experience with legal consultancy of real estate operations, due diligence in companies, aiming merger, acquisition or IPO, advisory in contracts and legal structuring of joint ventures and partnerships for enterprises.

Orizzo Marques’ bet is that Henrique will contribute to the expansion and ratification of the firm’s excellence, offering multifaceted solutions related to real estate ventures.

With a law degree from Pontifíciaé Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC/SP) and specialized in administration, Henrique has already celebrated 20 years of career, being 10 years as a legal manager of real estate companies and 10 years as a real estate lawyer.
