Lefosse Advogados acts as legal counsel to TOTVS
Lefosse Advogados has acted as legal counsel to TOTVS in the acquisition of shares representing 92.04% of the capital stock of RD Gestão e Sistemas S.A.
Lefosse Advogados acted as legal counsel to TOTVS S.A. and its subsidiary TOTVS Large Enterprise Tecnologia S.A. in the acquisition, by TOTVS Large, of shares representing 92.04% of the capital stock of RD Gestão e Sistemas S.A., for the amount of BRL 1,861 million, subject to adjustments, to be paid upon the closing of the transaction.
The purchase and sale agreement was signed on March 9, 2021, and the closing of the transaction is subject to the satisfaction of certain conditions customary for transactions of this nature (including antitrust approval).
The transaction is an important milestone and represents a definitive step in the solid and successful acquisition strategy undertaken by the TOTVS Group in recent years, especially in the B2B technology ecosystem.
