Pinheiro Neto counsels Eletromidia on IPO (ELMD3)
Eletromidia shares will trade on B3’s Novo Mercado under the ticker ELMD3
Pinheiro Neto Advogados served as Brazilian counsel to Eletromidia S.A. Partners Fernando dos Santos Zorzo (pictured left) and Eduardo Paoliello (pictured right) served on the board along with senior associate Paula Rodrigues, and associates Otavio Balero Pereira de Carvalho and Thais Helena Valente Teixeira Lima.
Pinheiro Neto team with the partner Caio Ferreira Silva and associates Lawson Miralha Marins da Silva and Brenno Allaim de Sousa also counselled to Vesuvius LBO Fundo de Investimento em Participações Multiestratégia Investimento no Exterior, which is one of the selling shareholders.
