FAS has a new partner in the Real Estate area
Focaccia, Amaral e Lamonica Advogados (FAS) has just brought in Victor Fornos Hadid who created and will take over the Real Estate Law area
Victor Fornos has extensive experience in issues involving Real Estate Law and has worked on complex and challenging projects.
Together with the FAS team, Victor will take over the new area will work together with other departments to continue providing advisory services in urban and rural real estate acquisitions, real estate development, shopping centers, succession planning and the institution of condominiums, leases, built-to-suit, guarantees on real estate, surface rights, and other issues.
Victor has a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie Law School and a post-graduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getúlio Vargas – GV Law School, focusing on Real Estate Business, Contracts, Corporate and Intellectual Property Law. He has worked in several law firms, having practiced directly in high value-added real estate deals.
