Pinheiro Neto with Jalles Machado in IPO

Shares are being traded on B3’s Novo Mercado under the ticker JALL3

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has acted as counsel to sugar and ethanol producer Jalles Machado in its IPO. Jalles set the price per share in its initial public offering at R$ 8.30 per asset, and the transaction raised over six hundred and ninety million of Reais (R$ 690.950.000,40)

Pinheiro Neto partners Guilherme Sampaio Monteiro (pictured left) and Roberta Stettinger Bilotti Demange (pictured right) acted jointly with attorney Beatriz Seixas and associates Leticia de Alencar Machado, Marcello Mammocci Pompilio, Taisa Sani.

Mattos Filho acted as legal advisor to the underwriters: XP Investimentos, Banco BTG Pactual, Citigroup Global Markets Brasil, Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A.
