Trench Rossi Watanabe advised Intelbras IPO on the sale of shares. Partner and leader of the company’s transactional practice, Daniel Facó acted with the support of associates of the firm
Trench Rossi Watanabe assisted the IPO of Intelbras S.A. Indústria de Telecomunicação Eletrônica Brasileira, a company with more than 40 years of tradition in manufacturing products and solutions in security, networking and telecommunications, as well as solar panels.
The operation comprised the sale of shares by certain Intelbras shareholders and the raising of funds by the company, which together totaled R$1.3 billion. TRW’s focus was not only to support Intelbras institutions but also the controlling shareholders that sold their shares during the IPO.
To assist Intelbras in its IPO, the partner and leader of the firm’s transactional practice, Daniel Facó (pictured) had the support of associates Marcelo Moura, Marie Grinberg, and Catherine Shirazi.
