Pinheiro Neto advises Green Agro on investment

Pinheiro Neto acted as advisor to Green Agro Fundo de Investimento Multimercado Credito Privado, an investor in the deal consisting of the public offering with restricted efforts of the first and second series of the 29th issuance of Certificados de Recebíveis do Agronegócio – CRA by Gaia Impacto Securitizadora S.A., in a green initiative to support local producers selected or approved by Aliança da Terra, an NGO focusing on sustainable agriculture.

In this issuance of certified Green Agribusiness Receivables (Green CRA) , part of the resources raised will be invested in the “Produzindo Certo” (producing right in a free translation) project, which generates environmental and financial gains to local producers selected or approved by Aliança da Terra, a NGO that focuses in sustainable farming.
