PPU advises Under Armour on the selling of its assets in Chile

PPU Chile has counselled Under Armour on the selling of its assets in Chile to Forus for $ 19,200,000 dollars approx

The Chilean team of PPU has counsel to Under Armour on the selling of its assets in Chile to Forus S.A. for $ 19,200,000 dollars approx. and the drafting of a Distribution Agreement and other agreements, subject to antitrust approval. The signing occurred on November 19, 2020, and the closing was on March 16, 2021.

This is a very important transaction since Under Armour has delegated in Forus a renowned distributor of well-known brands in Chile, the distribution of its assets in our country.

PPU’s team was led by partners Alberto Pulido (pictured left) and Ignacio Larraín (pictured right) who had the support of associates Constanza Rodríguez, Gabriel Budnik and Pía Bartolaso.

Montes, Olivos, Eyzaguirre, Goraztegui Abogados (Manuel José Montes. Partner) and Claro y Compañía (Gerardo Otero and Martín Fischer), acted as counsels of Forus S.A.
