TozziniFreire Advogados acted as legal advisor to Fagundes in its 1st (first) issue of debentures, in a single series, with a package of securities, for public offering with restricted placement efforts, pursuant to Rule No. 476 of the Brazilian Securities and Exchange Commission (Comissão Brasileira de Valores Mobiliários (Issuance).

The issuance in the brazilian capital market raised a total amount of BRL 120,000,000.00.

For TozziniFreire Advogados, partner Fabiola Augusta de Oliveira Bello Cavalcanti (pictured) worked together with associates Felipe Tulio de Paiva, Flavia Biagiotti and Gabriel da Silva Prado.
