Roberto Panucci has arrived at Souza, Mello e Torres Advogados to assume the Insurance and Startups area, adding even more expertise to this segment.
Roberto Panucci will strengthen the firm that already has a solid team, with experts who work in the segments of Innovation and Technology, Financial, Regulatory and Corporate.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, Master’s Degree in Civil Law from the University of São Paulo (USP) and Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from Columbia Law School in New York, Panucci is experienced in advising Brazilian and foreign companies in aspects involving banking and insurance regulation, mergers and acquisitions, financing and Corporate Law, also representing clients in administrative proceedings filed by regulatory agencies.
Before joining Souza, Mello e Torres, he was a lawyer at Pinheiro Neto Advogados and Mattos Filho Advogados. His international experience includes time as a foreign associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP in New York.
