Lefosse Advogados strengthens its Corporate M&A, Tax, Restructuring and Labor practices with the new partnerships

Lefosse Advogados elected four professionals to the partnership (in the image from left to right) André Ziccardi de Carvalho (Corporate M&A, Capital Markets, Insurance and Financial Services), Breno Sarpi (Tax), Marcelo Tourinho (Corporate M&A) and Paulo Lilla (Technology and Data Protection).

In addition to the partners, the firm appointed three of their professionals to counsels: Alessandra Cony Siniscalchi (M&A), Paulo Peressin (Labor and Employment) and Tatiana Flores (Restructuring and Insolvency).

André Ziccardi de Carvalho has a broad experience on the insurance, reinsurance and financial services sectors and has acted on several of the most important private equity, M&A (public and private) and capital markets transactions in Brazil. 

Breno Sarpi is a tax expert. His experience includes tax consulting, tax planning and tax matters related to the energy market, with knowledge of both direct and indirect taxes, as well as of tax analysis of issues involving the design and implementation of operational business structures and corporate restructurings.

Marcelo Tourinho has experience in Brazilian corporate law and capital markets. He has acted in important M&A transactions, corporate restructurings and transactions involving public companies.

Paulo Lilla is the head of the Technology and Data Protection practice at the firm. He advises clients on complex matters regarding technology, Internet, digital platforms, privacy and data protection, and intellectual property.

Alessandra Cony Siniscalchi has vast experience in due diligence in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures transactions. She has advised several multinational corporations in M&A transactions in different jurisdictions.

Paulo Peressin has expertise in judicial and administrative labor litigation in defense of corporate interests, especially in strategic procedures. His work also includes consulting on labor routines and coordination of audits focused on labor issues related to corporate restructuring or capital market transactions.

Tatiana Flores has more than 15 years of experience in judicial recovery and bankruptcy, as well as in arbitration and judicial corporate litigation.  She advises investors and national and international creditors in negotiating stressed credits, assets in special situations, restructuring debts and guarantees and in highly complex litigation.
