Souza Mello e Torres Advogados advised CSU in R$ 10 million investment in FitBank

The transaction comprised a R$30 million investment in Fitbank Pagamentos Eletrônicos S.A., of which R$10 million was invested by CSU, advised by Souza Melo e Torres Advogados. The remaining amount was invested by Fitbank Holding.

Fitbank had already received an investment from JP Morgan in July 2020, and therefore the shareholders’ agreement was negotiated between Fitbank Holding, JP Morgan and CSU.

The transaction also involved a business partnership established between Fitbank and CSU, whereby Fitbank’s development of new products and offering of services to CSU’s clients was established, as well as CSU’s offering of services to Fitbank’s clients.
