TozziniFreire advised Rotam on the legal aspects necessary to comply with the public offer of the Credit Rights Investment Fund, the amount reached 60 million reais

TozziniFreire Advogados provided specific advice advising Rotam do Brasil Agroquimica e produtos Agrícolas LTDA (Rotam) in the structuring of an Investment Fund in Credit Rights (FIDC) to invest in receivables originated by Rotam.

FIDC had Oliveira Trust Distribuidora de Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A. as fiduciary administrator,VERT as portfolio manager and XP as lead coordinator, in four classes of quotas.
