Machado Meyer counsels coordinators banks on UBook’s IPO
Machado Meyer acted as legal counsel to Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. and XP Investimentos in UBook’s IPO
Machado Meyer acted as legal advisor to Banco BTG Pactual S.A., Banco Bradesco BBI S.A. and XP Investimentos Corretora de Câmbio, Títulos e Valores Mobiliários S.A., preparing all documents required for the primary and secondary public offering of common shares of Ubook Editora S.A., pursuant to CVM Instruction 400, with restricted efforts abroad.
Ubook intends to use the net proceeds from the public offering to acquire technology and content companies, invest in content production and acquisition, invest in digital media to attract customers, open and invest in concept stores and marketing expenses.
