Bicalho Adv introduced new reinforcements in the areas of Real Estate-Society, Environmental, and Urban Planning and Real Estate

The new partners of Bicalho ADV already contributed as associates. Fernanda Henneberg Benemond (pictured top left), Raquel Agrella (pictured top right), Rodrigo Passaretti (pictured bottom left), and Tatiane Canal Hatty (pictured bottom right) will join the team of partners reinforcing the areas of Real Estate, Environmental, and Urban Planning and Real Estate.

Fernanda Henneberg Benemond practices in the real estate, contractual and corporate areas. She is pursuing her master’s degree in Business Law at FGV-SP. LL.M in Contract Law and LL.M in Corporate Law, both from INSPER. Extension in Master in Law and Economics at Universität St. Gallen – Switzerland, with a scholarship from Fundação Lemann. Author of the book “Built to Suit Contracts”, published by Ed. Almedina (2nd Edition – 2015). Specialization in Real Estate Business Law by SECOVI. Graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, in 2007. Fluent in English. She has experience in real estate business (sale and purchase of urban and rural properties, barter, leasing, including a shopping mall and built to suit, construction contracts, guarantees, etc.), real estate development, structuring of estate planning, corporate transactions, securitization transactions and transactions involving real estate investment funds – FII.

Raquel Agrella graduated in Law from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2009 and is a specialist in Real Estate Law (SECOVI), Registral and Notarial Law (PUC/SP) and Corporate Law (INSPER). The new partner, who has been with the firm for over 10 years, has extensive experience in structuring and developing real estate businesses, legal audits, contracts, leases, built to suit, hotel operations, constitution of guarantees, corporate operations, incorporation, and institutions of condominium buildings, subdivisions, real estate regularization, extrajudicial usucaption, among other issues.

Rodrigo Passaretti graduated from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie in 2010 and is a specialist in Civil Procedural Law (PUC/SP), Environmental Law (EPM/SP), and in diffuse and collective interests (ESMP). During her 11 years at Bicalho ADV, she worked in the creation of the environmental area and consolidation of the urban litigation area, acting in environmental licensing, development, implementation and approval of projects, Working Groups at CETESB, compliance, legal opinions, besides public civil actions, class actions, civil inquiries, and administrative proceedings, serving clients in a strategic way for the development of projects.

Tatiane Canal Hatty graduated from PUC/SP in 2007, specialized in Real Estate Registral and Notarial Law (EPM/SP). Fluent in English. She works in the real estate and contractual areas, with more than 15 years of experience in due diligence of urban and rural real estate, structured operations, contracts, subdivisions, developments, guarantees, hotel operations, real estate, and corporate acquisitions, with previous professional experience in financial institutions (Itaú-Unibanco), full-service law firm (Machado Meyer) and subdivision company (Scopel).
