Romar Massoni & Lobo has announced a new partner Cássio Colombo Filho. After 29 years dedicated to the Labor Judiciary, he returns to the practice of law to join the São Paulo office specialized in Labor Law
The retired associate judge of the Regional Labor Court of the 9th Region (TRT Paraná), university professor, writer and lecturer, Cássio Colombo Filho will be responsible for the expansion and consolidation of the firm’s practice in Paraná and the other Southern States of the country.
He is a specialist in Labor Law from USP, a specialist in Critical Theory of Human Rights from Pablo de Olavide University (Seville/Spain), and Master in Fundamental Rights and Democracy from Unibrasil-PR.
Cássio joined the Labor Justice at TRT-PR by public examination in 1992, was substitute judge and chief judge from north to south of the State, and was promoted by merit to Associate Justice in 2013. At the Court, he integrated the Specialized Section and presided over the 2nd Panel for about six years. Among other administrative positions, from 2017 to 2019, he was director of the Judicial School.
Professor of the Specialization courses in Labor and Social Security Law of Amatra IX and guest professor of the Specialization courses in Labor Law of Unicuritiba, Positivo, Cesul and ABDCONST, he is also the author of the book “Who pays for this bill? Moral damage, moral harassment and other traps. A manual of compliance guidelines for labor ethics management”.
