Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised SmartBank, now LetsBank, on the acquisition of IOUU
Bronstein, Zilberberg, Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised SmartBank, now LetsBank, the digital bank of Voiter (formerly Indusval), on the purchase of the peer-to-peer lending FinTech IOUU.
The closing of the case is pending authorization from the Central Bank of Brazil.
