BZCP advises Kyte on investment round for BRL 5.5 million

Bronstein Zilberberg Chueiri & Potenza Advogados advised the startup Kyte, which offers a sales and management platform for digitizing small businesses, in its first round of investments worth R$5.5 million – including contributions from DGF Investimentos and funds Caravela Capital and Honey Island Capital.
Despite being only three years old and having a lean team of 25 collaborators, the startup that was born in Florianópolis (SC) has already used its application to serve more than 25 thousand users spread over 143 countries, mainly in the United States, Mexico, and the Philippines, besides Brazil.
