TozziniFreire assisted GlobalYeast JV CO Brasil S.A. in a Series A investment round

TozziniFreire assisted GlobaYeast, a Belgian-Brazilian biotechnology company engaged in the development and implementation of products and solutions for the fermentation industry, in a Series A investment round led by private investors and a follow-on by a fund from local VC sponsor Performa Investimentos.

GlobalYeast will use the funding to develop new applications based on its technology. Today GlobalYeast serves customers around the world.
