Pinheiro Neto Advogados advised Notredame Intermédica S.A in its acquisition of Hospital do Coração de Londrina LTDA through its subsidiary Clinipam
Pinheiro Neto Advogados represented Notre Dame Intermédica in the acquisition of 100% of the Hospital do Coração de Londrina group for R$ 170 million.
The acquired hospital group has two highly complex general hospitals, totaling 248 beds, of which 83 are ICU beds. The company also has two clinical centers with 32 consulting rooms. All the operations are in Londrina.
