Pinheiro Neto represented Banco Votorantim S.A. in the 17th Localiza Rent a Car S.A. debentures issuance in the total amount of BRL 1.2 billion

Pinheiro Neto Advogados has acted as representative of Banco Votorantim S.A., the major underwriter in the 17th issuance of 1.200.000 debentures of Localiza Rent a Car S.A., in the total amount of BRL 1.2 billion. The Offering was carried out in accordance with CVM Instruction 400.

Pinheiro Neto Advogados team was led by partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), lawyer Marcos Saldanha Proença, associates Marcello Mammocci Pompilio, Francisca Pereira and assistant Giovanna Bittencourt Mantesso.
