Pinheiro Neto Advogados acted as legal counsel for both parties on this deal

Pinheiro Neto acted as legal counsel for the deal between issuer Alsol Energias Renováveis S.A. and Inter Distribuidora de Valores Mobiliários Ltda. as the lead underwriter on 2nd Issue of Debentures of Alsol Energias Renováveis S.A., pursuant to CVM Rulling 476.

The total amout was of R$130 million.

The Pinheiro Neto Advogados team was led by partner Ricardo Simões Russo (pictured), attorney Marcos Saldanha Proença, associate Gustavo Guedes Araújo, and legal assistants Luísa Reis Lopes and Maya Goldfajn.
