Lefosse advises Havan in the public issue of promissory notes
Lefosse Advogados advised Havan S.A. in the public issuance of 100 promissory notes totaling R$500 million
Lefosse Advogados acted as advisor to Havan S.A. in the 5th issue of 100 promissory notes of the company, in a single series, in the total amount of R$500 million, distributed by Banco Itaú BBA S.A., as lead underwriter.
The net proceeds raised by the Company through the Issue will be used to strengthen the Company’s working capital.
Lefosse’s team included partner Roberto Zarour (pictured) who worked together with associates Mariana Pollini and Isabela Magalhães.
