Lefosse counsels Tenco on sale of Cariri Participações

Lefosse Advogados acted as counsel to Tenco Shopping Centers S.A. and its affiliates on the sale of Cariri Participações Ltda.

Lefosse Advogados represented Tenco Shopping Centers S.A. and its affiliates in the sale of Cariri Participações Ltda. a special purpose company holding a relevant stake in Cariri Garden Shopping to Ricardo Valadares Gontijo and Ana Lúcia Ribeiro Valadares.

Tenco owns and manages shopping centers throughout Brazil. The buyers are the controlling shareholders of Direcional Engenharia S.A., a real estate development and construction company in Brazil.

The Lefosse team included partner Maurício Paschoal (pictured) and associates Fabiane Ortiz and Pedro Simões.

Lima Netto Carvalho Abreu Mayrink Advogados acted as legal counsel to the buyers.
