The Pinheiro Neto Advogados team advised Eco Securitizadora on the issuance of a single series of Agribusiness Receivables Certificates of the 85th Issue, collateralized in agribusiness credit rights owed by Fazenda da Toca Ltda.
This Issue was characterized as a “Green CRA”, as it had an opinion attesting the alignment with the Green Bond Principles and the Climate Bond Standards, and other internationally recognized sustainability standards.
The proceeds from the Issue will be used to enable eligible green projects, which are characterized by investments in productive, supportive and regenerative infrastructure to increase the production and marketing of organic products.
