Bronstein Zilberberg advises Nexoos on its sale to Ame Digital

Bronstein Zilberberg Advogados advised fintech Nexoos that was acquired by Ame, the digital wallet of B2W and Lojas Americanas

Nexoos is a fintech dedicated to person-to-person lending and uses a blended financing model, with institutional and individual investors. In addition, the company offers different types of loans and credit as a service (CaaS).

Ame is a business platform of Lojas Americanas and the digital wallet of B2W.

The acquisition is subject to compliance with certain conditions, such as approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.

Bronstein Zilberberg team was led by partner Pedro Chueiri (pictured), associates Julio Genta and Gabriela Góes.
