Nexoos is a fintech dedicated to person-to-person lending and uses a blended financing model, with institutional and individual investors. In addition, the company offers different types of loans and credit as a service (CaaS).
Ame is a business platform of Lojas Americanas and the digital wallet of B2W.
The acquisition is subject to compliance with certain conditions, such as approval by the Central Bank of Brazil.
