Pinheiro Neto counsels Cobasi on Pet Anjo purchase
Pinheiro Neto counseled Cobasi on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Pet Anjo and reaches an audience of 2 million “pet parents”
Advised by Pinheiro Neto Advogados, Cobasi, owner of mega-stores focused on the pet market in Brazil and one of the largest retailers in the segment, has acquired Pet Anjo, which operates a digital platform that offers the intermediation of services such as dog walker, babysitting, lodging, and daycare, among others, provided by independent service providers.
Due to this acquisition, Cobasi expanded its market and was able to access over 2 million clients nationwide.
