Dentons announces tax practice expansion in Venezuela

Dentons has announced tax practice expansion with legal team from Vallenilla, Escalante & Asociados (VEA) in Caracas, Venezuela

Dentons has announced an expansion of its Caracas, Venezuela office with the addition of the entire legal team from Vallenilla, Escalante & Asociados (VEA), a Venezuelan law firm with a specialty in tax law. This new team of colleagues greatly expands Dentons’ tax abilities in Venezuela and will allow the firm to better serve its clients’ tax needs in Latin America and the Caribbean region and around the globe.

 Following recent combinations announced in Ecuador and Bolivia, Dentons has 32 locations across 27 countries in the region and 203 total locations in 80 countries around the world. 

The joining VEA team focus on the practice of tax law, brings extensive knowledge and recognition in tax practice to Dentons’ Caracas office in Venezuela and around the globe. Dentons’ clients will benefit from our stronger tax abilities.
