The Restricted Offering of Allied Tecnologia S.A and its shareholders consisted of a primary and secondary public distribution of 10,476,204 shares, with restricted placement efforts, in a non-organized over-the-counter market, in accordance with the procedures of CVM Instruction 476, with placement efforts conducted abroad.
