Lefosse advises AES Tietê on Itaú’s R$855 million investment agreement in Guaimbê Holding shares
Lefosse advised AES Tietê Energia S.A. on an investment agreement with Itaú Unibanco S.A. for new preferred shares in Guaimbê Holding
Guaimbê Holding is a subsidiary of AES Tietê that holds all wind and solar power generation projects of the group’s growing renewables business.
Itaú will invest R$855 million and become a shareholder of Guaimbê Holding with a 19.9% stake in its total capital stock.
Lefosse was joined by partners Christiano Rehder, Carlos Mello, José Carlos Berardo and Pedro Dante and associates Fernando Rodrigues, Victor Cogliati Boccardo, Carolina Delamare, Marília Avila and Luisa Leite.
